CardFlow guides
Short how-tos for saving contacts Erin emails you, or sharing business card photos from your phone. No account needed.
What CardFlow does for you
When someone on your team photographs a business card, CardFlow turns that photo into a contact file and Erin emails it to you. You don’t need an account, an app, or a password—just open the email and save the contacts on your phone.
What you’ll receive
Look for emails from Erin with subjects like “CardFlow: 1 new contact from …” or “CardFlow: N new contacts ready to import.”
Inside you’ll find a short list of people (name, title · company, phone, email) and a contact file attachment (.vcf)—a file your phone can import.
Save contacts on iPhone
- Open Erin’s email on your iPhone.
- Tap the .vcf attachment (the contact file).
- When the preview opens: if several people are in one file, tap Add All Contacts at the top (not Create New Contact, which only saves one person). If it’s one person, tap Create New Contact (or Add to Existing Contact).
- Choose iCloud if you want the contact on all your Apple devices.
Save contacts on Android
- Open the .vcf attachment from Erin’s email.
- Choose Contacts or Google Contacts to import.
Tips & common hiccups
Can’t find the attachment
Check spam or junk, look for an Attachments area in the email, or ask a teammate to resend.
Only one contact saved when several were listed
On iPhone, use Add All Contacts—not Create New Contact.
Want contacts on phone and computer
Prefer iCloud on Apple, or Google account sync on Android.
