CardFlow guides
Short how-tos for saving contacts Erin emails you, or sharing business card photos from your phone. No account needed.
Share a business card—no install required
Take a photo of a business card, send it from your phone, and CardFlow reads the details so your team can save clean contacts. No account needed. Photos go straight to your team.
How you get the link
You may get a note from Lucas (subject like “Business card photos — CardFlow upload page”) with Open the upload page. Or a teammate may text or forward the same link. Either way, open it in Safari or Chrome—no app to install.
How to send card photos
- Open Lucas’s email or the link a teammate gave you, then open the upload page.
- Tap Take photo, choose From gallery, or drop photos (up to 8).
- Or use the small Upload a file control under Photo tips if you have a document or list instead of card photos.
- Aim for good light, fill the frame, avoid glare, and use one clear card per photo. HEIC or JPEG is fine.
- Tap send and give it about a minute.
- When you see You’re all set, you’re done—your team gets an email with contacts ready to save.
What happens after you send
The success screen confirms contacts are ready. Your teammates receive the contact email. You don’t need to chase unless they ask. Use Upload more anytime you have another card.
